CHARACTERIZING OBESITY IN LARGE INTEGRATED HEALTH SYSTEMS (Characterizing Obesity Substudy)

Purpose: This retrospective data-only study describes: 

1. Characteristics and weight change patterns to help investigators understand the comorbidity burden among patients with obesity and quantify the increased risk of poor clinical outcomes among patients with obesity 

2. Trends in obesity management and areas of unmet need in obesity management, including identifying high risk and/or high healthcare utilizer groups who would most benefit from intervention
