Empagliflozin Diabetic Kidney Disease (Empa DKD)

Purpose: This study aims to both identify barriers which may prevent some type-2 diabetes patients from receiving guideline-recommended screening for diabetic kidney disease and also determine which medications may be the most effective at improving kidney and hearty outcomes in patients with type-2 diabetes.
