Join the PaTH Learning Community Kick-Off on Diabetes and Kidney Disease

The PaTH Clinical Research Network’s Discovery to Implementation (D2I) Collaboratory held two events in November to identify its next focus area for improving health care. After engaging over 100 patients, caregivers, researchers, clinicians, and health system leaders, kidney disease in patients with diabetes was selected as the priority for the next improvement project. The PaTH team wanted to send a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who attended and contributed to the November events—your input was invaluable in shaping this Learning Community.
